Lia Hall
Instructor

Lia received her 200-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance while studying with the Samarya Center for Integrated Movement Therapy and Ashtanga Yoga in her hometown, Seattle, Washington. From childhood, she embarked on a journey of creative movement through ballet, gymnastics, soccer and climbing trees, which led to a natural discovery of yoga. Over ten years ago, she began studying various styles of hatha yoga from Ashtanga to Iyengar and Anusara, Bikram to Kundalini. For her, moving and breathing in a yoga practice is a celebration of being alive and capable. She guides vinyasa-style classes with moments of analyzing postures always with a playful and mindful approach encouraging students to engage effort, self-study, and surrender. Off the mat she rides bikes and writes poetry.
